Full Service

As a full service inspection company we offer a wide range of services in support of a real estate transaction or to diagnose a suspected problem. Typically the three primary inspections for a home buyer include; structural, wood destroying insect, and Radon gas. We are certified for all of these and recommend they be conducted at the same time. This normally takes two to three hours with a return visit within a couple of days to collect the Radon Gas sampling devices. We encourage home buyers to attend the inspection and ask questions. This is potentially the largest investment you will make and the inspection is a great opportunity to become familiar with your new home and its systems. Make a good call for your home inspection!
